Bringing a big group to a small place takes a little planning. We make it easy — rooms, parking, boats, meals, and activities, all lined up so you can just enjoy it.
- 52 guests at Woods End Landing. Seven waterfront cottages you can book together, sleeping 4 to 10 each.
- ~200 with partner lodges. For bigger groups we coordinate with partner lodges in Bamfield, confirmed with you directly.
- Up to 14 days courtesy hold. We hold your cottages while your group decides — 14 days for one or two, 7 to 10 days for bigger blocks. No payment needed to hold.

Bigger than that
Neighbouring lodges in Bamfield add beds for larger groups. As a planning figure, budget about $130 per guest per night in June, July and August, and about $90 per guest per night from September to May. These are estimates; we confirm the real price with each lodge in your quote.
Lodging across Bamfield is pretty much sold out in July and August. For a summer group, ask as early as you can.
How booking a group works
- 1. Ask. Tell us your dates, how many people, and what you need — cottages, parking, boats, kayaks.
- 2. Get your price. We send one all-in price for your dates, with cleaning and taxes included.
- 3. Hold the cottages. We hold them while your group decides, at no charge: 14 days for one or two cottages, 10 days for three or more, 7 days for the whole property. Need longer? A refundable 10% deposit adds 7 days and comes off your booking.
- 4. Sign and pay the deposit. A 50% deposit with the signed contract confirms the booking. The balance is due 120 days before you arrive. Cancel 90 days or more ahead and the deposit is refunded in full.
