• Parking: Getting here is part of it. Woods End Landing is in West Bamfield, across the inlet from the road. Park in East Bamfield — reserve a spot, because free street parking is about 40 spaces and fills fast — then cross by water taxi, and you are somewhere with no cars. There is no EV charging station at the cottages or the parking lot; a regular wall plug is available at Save Paradise Parking if you are stuck.
• Water taxi: The water taxi across the inlet is $10 a person each way, paid on the boat.
